2nd graders are finishing up their novel study of Beezus and Ramona. They are working on their comprehension skills by close reading each chapter and answering challenging questions with a partner.

Kindergarten is glowing up to first grade! ✨💚 Last week, Mrs. Monks and the Kindergarten clas had a special Glow Day in their classroom. They had so much fun glowing, playing, and getting excited for all the bright adventures ahead in first grade! We are so proud of how much these kindergarteners have grown this year! 🌟
Our teachers had a little extra fun during this short week with a Secret Spirit Week! 🤫🎉
The students were definitely confused at first, but by Thursday many had finally caught on! 😂 It gave us all a few extra laughs and brought some fun energy to the week!
Field Day is tomorrow, so please don’t forget to send your child with:
💜 A shirt in their coordinating field day color
💦 A change of clothes (and shoes & a towel!) for rain or fire truck fun!

We are so proud of these hard working SLE winners! We celebrated our last round of winners for the school year and look forward to honoring more students who Serve, Lead, Love, and Learn next school year! 🫶🏼
Our sweet Pre-K students have been working in Community Membership class on problem-solving. They recently learned how to say a three part apology:
❤️“I’m sorry!”
❤️“Are you OK?”
❤️“How can I help?”
Students also learned corresponding ASL to help them remember each part!

Our talented students in 4th through 8th Grade delivered a stellar performance, showcasing all of their hard work, dedication, and musical growth throughout the year. We are so proud of each and every musician for sharing their gifts and courage with our community!
