A Message from Our Principal
“What I watch happen here every day is something really extraordinary.”
This weekend, our principal, Jessica Patterson, shared words straight from the heart—reflecting on her own journey growing up alongside St. Madeleine Sophie School, raising her children within these walls, and witnessing, day after day, the quiet miracles that happen when faith, love, and learning come together.
She spoke about the deep joy of forming students who are not only strong academically, but strong in character—children who are grounded in their faith, confident in who they are, and compassionate toward the world around them. Students who learn not just how to succeed, but how to serve, lead, and love well.
While awards and achievements certainly matter, she reminded us of what families tell us matters most:
“It’s about how their child feels when they walk through our doors.”
At St. Madeleine Sophie School, character, compassion, resilience, and belonging aren’t “extras” or add-ons—they are woven into everything we do. They are foundational. They are lived out in classrooms, on the playground, during prayer, and in the small moments that shape a child’s heart.
And perhaps most powerfully, she shared this truth:
“It’s about knowing—deep in your bones—that your child’s soul is in good hands.”
If you’ve ever been curious about our school, we echo her invitation:
“It’s a place you really do have to come see—and feel—to believe.”
Thank you to our parish community for your continued prayers, support, and belief in faith in action—today and always.
