$ Enrollment Incentive $

This year, we’re excited to offer a $1,000 tuition credit (applicable this year or next) to any family who refers a girl to our PK, Kindergarten, or 2nd-grade classes. We are thrilled we hit our admissions goal this year, and as we continue to grow, we value maintaining a healthy balance in our classrooms. Your referrals play a crucial role in helping us achieve that goal over time. Students must meet admissions standards for the class and officially enroll. Word of mouth is one of the greatest strengths of our community. Thank you for sharing the gift of SMS with others!

Important Forms

Please ensure the following forms are submitted or updated as needed:

  • Immunization Records – New families must submit complete records; returning families should provide updates if applicable.
  • Medication Forms – Required if your child needs medication administered during the school day.
  • Emergency Contact Form – Submit a new form or update if information has changed.
  • Directory Updates – Keep your family contact information current.

Keeping these forms updated ensures we can best support your child’s safety, health, and connection in our school community. Thank you for your prompt attention!

Technology Updates

  • Bring Your Own Device – Chromebooks
    • Lower school students may bring a personal Chromebook to be stored safely on campus.
    • School-provided devices remain available if preferred.
  • Technology Agreements
    • All students must have a signed Technology Agreement on file. Agreements have already been sent home – please return them promptly to avoid access delays.

Carpool Reminders

  • Drive SLOWLY on and around campus at all times.
  • If walking your child in, please park in front of the church on Levels 2–4. The lower lot is reserved for faculty and auction winners only.
  • Stay off cell phones while in the carpool line.
  • Pull all the way down the hill to keep traffic moving efficiently.
  • Do not skip the line or move/merge in front of other cars.
  • Prepare your child to enter/exit quickly and safely, and do not drive away until it is clear to do so.

Family Handbook

If you have not yet received the Family Handbook, please stop by the front office to sign one out.

  • For privacy and security, handbooks can only be issued to parents or legal guardians.
